• Prices are in euros per apartment per day, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
• For stays of fewer than 3 nights, a surcharge will be applied.
• An extra charge applies for additional guests in the apartments.
• For all guests aged 14 and older, a municipal tourist tax of € 3,40 per person per night applies (from 1.1.2014). This tax is not included in the total price and must be paid locally.

The remaining balance can be paid on site in cash or by credit card / debit card (we do not accept American Express). You are also welcome to pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer.

Check-in & Check-out

Arrival (check-in) is possible from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to inform us of your approximate arrival time. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please notify us by phone.

Departure (check-out) must take place by 10:00 AM.

 

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations after this period, the deposit will be retained.
For late arrivals or early departures, the full price of the booked stay will be charged.

 

Pets

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement; a daily surcharge (excluding food) will be charged. Please bring a pet bed and a blanket for your pet.
